  • Google Calendar: read‑only event and calendar metadata

  • Slack: channels, messages, DMs, threads, attachments, metadata

  • GitHub: repos, issues, PRs, comments

  • Trello: boards, cards, lists

2.3 AI Features

When you use AI features, the App may send selected content to AI model providers, including:

  • Calendar events

  • Slack/GitHub/Trello messages and documents

  • Tasks, notes, summaries

  • Screenshots and transcripts

  • Webpage content when scraped

2.4 Audio/Voice Input

If you use voice features:

  • Audio is captured and transcribed locally

  • Transcripts may be sent to your configured model provider

  • Transcripts are stored locally unless removed by you

2.5 Website Scraping (Firecrawl)

If you ingest websites:

  • URL and page content are sent to Firecrawl for scraping

2.6 Analytics & Crash Reporting

The App may send the following to third‑party services:

  • PostHog (us.i.posthog.com): feature usage, device/user ID, name/email (if present)

  • Bugsnag: crash logs, stack traces, device details

These services retain data under their own policies.

2.7 Feedback Form

If you submit feedback:

  • Your message, name/email, device/user ID

  • Optional logs or transcripts (if you choose to attach them)

These are uploaded to Cadence servers and retained for support.

3. How Data Is Used

We use data only for:

  • Operating and improving the App

  • Supporting integrations you choose to connect

  • Running AI features at your request

  • Debugging, analytics, and crash reporting

  • Handling your feedback

We do not:

  • Upload your local content to Cadence servers (except feedback attachments you send)

  • Sell your data

  • Use your calendar or workspace data for advertising or profiling

4. Sharing of Data

We do not share your data except:

4.2 For Analytics & Crash Reporting

Data is sent to PostHog and Bugsnag.

4.3 Feedback Uploads

Attachments sent through the feedback form are uploaded to Cadence servers.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose minimal information if legally required.

  • All application data remains on your device unless you explicitly upload something (e.g., feedback attachments).

  • Local data is removed when you delete the app data directory or uninstall the App.

  • OAuth tokens remain in your system keychain until removed.

  • Third‑party services retain data under their own retention policies.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to secure the App, including storing tokens in the OS keychain. However:

  • Local storage security depends on your device (hardware, OS, disk encryption).

  • No system is perfectly secure.

We recommend enabling disk encryption and keeping your device updated.

Your rights may include:

  • Access your local data

  • Delete your local data or uninstall the App

  • Revoke OAuth permissions with integrations

  • Request clarification by contacting us
